Incendio Woodworks is based in Toronto, Canada but we ship our pieces all over Canada and United States.

How do I care for my furniture piece?
We use a variety of materials and finishes so the maintenance for your furniture piece will vary. Detailed instructions are always sent with your order on how to care for and maintain your furniture.
What is the timeline to have a piece completed ?
Due to our work being handcrafted, bigger pieces and sets usually take multiple weeks to build and finish. This is the timeline required to create products that last for years and decades.
Do you have a showroom I can visit?
There is no showroom but feel free to make an appointment to come by and visit the shop to see how everything is made.
What materials do you work with?
We are capable of working with all species of hardwood but commonly use domestic Ontario hardwood. This would include Oak, Walnut, Maple, Ash and Cherry.
What is your delivery procedure?
Free white glove delivery service across the Greater Toronto Area. Those outside of the GTA will be offered front door delivery with liftgate service.
Do you provide assembly instructions?
Yes! Our products are designed to be easy to assemble and we will provide clear and simple instructions on how to do so.
